With a medical record dating back 100 years and based in Hull, we have built an enviable reputation for providing pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, consumables and essential drugs to many of the leading ship owning/management companies and offshore industries in the world.
We offer a complete range of products and services to support a company’s full medical locker for their vessels to ensure they meet on-board legal requirements. We are called upon to advise on changing legislation and in the UK we also work closely with the Maritime and Coastguard Agency on medical supply issues relating to the marine industry.
Fundamental to all that we do is the expertise we have developed over many years as a dedicated marine supplier and the knowledge and understanding of medical requirements to ensure we keep our customers ships moving at all times.

Our Staff

They are highly qualified in all aspects of medical supply and are able to additionally provide an advisory service to customers to ensure their legal requirements are satisfied no matter where their ships port.

John is Co-Founder of Marine & Offshore Medical Supplies which was incorporated into the Hutton’s business in 2005 and rebranded Hutton’s Medical
He has an extensive track record in drug classification and is called upon to advise on the latest marine medical legislation and the supply of pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, consumables and essential drugs to many of the world’s leading ship owning/management companies and offshore industries in the world.
John also works closely with Hutton’s customers providing them with an inspection, stock replenishment and certification service to ensure the legal requirement of their medical lockers.
His other responsibilities include overseeing the commercial development of the company.
